LAPS Foundation has offered mini grants for five years. Every year the number of requests increases as teachers learn about this quick resource to fund small needs for their classrooms and creative ideas. Recently the Foundation awarded a mini grant to elementary art teachers for a training on fused glass art. The teachers learned from a local business owner and will be able to take that learning back to their art classes. A small amount of money can make a big impact!
